Our cakes are held to a high standard by our professional bakers and decorators, ensuring only the best tasting and visually-pleasing desserts are sent for delivery or ready for self-collection.
We know you’re excited about customising your cake as well. We often receive enquiries like “Hi, I need a custom cake”, “How much is a customised cake?”, “Hello, my husband’s birthday is coming”. These might seem like standard enquiries but there’s not much we can go off on just based on these. While we’d love to bake for you, we can only better recommend cake ideas and provide a customised cake quote with adequate information.
When ordering a customised or personalised cake, always provide these basic information:
- Event date and time / When you need the cake
- Number of pax / Servings required
- Preferred design / Occasion
Date And Time Of Event
Well, when do you need the customised cake? Whether it’s islandwide cake delivery or self-collection, we want to prepare your cake on time. When ordering a custom cake, it’s best to enquire as early as possible (we recommend two weeks in advance) so we can ensure everything goes smoothly and create the best customised cake for you. But, we understand that you may need a last minute cake the next day due to unforeseen circumstances. Cake Serving Pax
It’s great if you know what cake size or how many cake tiers you want. But if you’re not sure, let us know an estimated number of pax / guests attending your event and we can suggest a cake size accordingly.
Cake Design / Occasion
If you have a customised cake idea in mind, let us know by sharing reference images and we can discuss from there to create your dream customised cake. If you’re undecided, perhaps you can browse our online catalogue and we can customise a cake based on an existing design. Alternatively, you share the occasion and any details you wish to incorporate or avoid. Popular customised cake designs include hobbies, interests, colour themes. We can then suggest cake designs and quote accordingly.
For example, you’re planning a birthday party for your little girl. It can be something like “Hi, my daughter’s 1st birthday is next Saturday. She likes pink and lions. There isn’t a fixed price range for customised cakes as the price depends on the size, design, and flavor. With the customised cake settled, enjoy either our islandwide cake delivery or self collect at your own convenience at our store during operating hours.
For regular flexi-delivery for website orders made 4 working days in advance, pick from two delivery time slots (12-4pm or 2-6pm) at $15. Need a specific time slot or require a cake before 12pm? Opt for our shorter window delivery period at $30 and our trusted delivery partners will ensure a prompt delivery at your preferred time and date.
