Most of our website orders require minimum 4 working days notice (we are closed on Mondays). We recommend 2 weeks advance order for customised items - this is only a guide and will be subject to available slots. 

Yes! We have a category on our website menu bar termed “Last min / next day” - you can order items here before 5pm for delivery / collection the next day. We are closed on Mondays.
 

Our shop is closed for self collection on Mondays, but our deliveries will run as per normal. If you want to self collect, you can consider collecting on Sunday evening. Check with us on the storage instructions based on the items you order.

All our ingredients are halal but we don’t have halal cert at the moment due to insufficient Muslim manpower quota
 

Yes! For ala carte items, we have volume discounts automatically calculated once added to cart. If you are making a purchase of more than 100units per item, you can lias with us via email (order@thefrostedchick.com.sg) or WhatsApp (91764560) instead. We also offer wholesale pricing for cafes and discounts for mass corporate gifting. Speak with us :)

While we try our best to follow the designs closely, items are handmade so please expect a slight variation. The final look also largely depend on the size of cake chosen, and options selected. Please read the item description carefully to find out what elements are included.

Delivery is $15 for flexi 12-4pm or 3-6pm, or $30 for shorter window / before 12pm. Orders above $150 via website qualify for free flexi delivery.

Delivery to hotels will be to the lobby only. You can arrange for the concierge to receive it on your behalf, or meet the delivery driver at the lobby.

For delivery bookings made with us, we will guarantee the delivery. This means that any unforseen damages to the cake during delivery will be brought back to the shop and rectified as soon as possible. Please make sure that you check the cake when you receive it as we are not able to take responsibility of any damage after handover.

We have 3 types of cakes: Fresh cream cakes, Butter cream cakes, Fondant cakes.

Fresh cream cakes are made with chiffon sponge with chantilly cream. They should be kept refrigerated and are best served cold. We typically offer this cake with standard designs only. 
Buttercream cakes are more stable for use with fondant decoration. Cakes should be cold for safe transportation. If refrigeratedIf refrigerated, thaw at cold aircon temp (18-20deg) for around 1 hour (depending on cake size) as it will be hard when cold. 
Fondant cakes are coated in ganache and fondant. These cakes are stable to be left in aircon temperature. Best not to refrigerate.
If you do have to refrigerate any cake with fondant decoration, make sure to take it out to a COLD aircon temp (18-20deg) only. This is to prevent condensation (due to temperature shock) that may disfigure the fondant. 

Yes, if your design can be done fully with cream. If you need fondant elements or f vibrant / dark cream colors, we will recommend to have an outer coat of buttercream, and the fresh cream cake within. Do note that heavy fondant figurines are not recommended to place on fresh cream cake.
